Who we are
This website (the "Site") is operated by Charlie Bell Building Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12185217), referred to as "we", "us" or "our". These terms apply to your use of the Site. By using the Site, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site.
Website use only
These terms govern use of this website only. They do not form, and are not intended to form, a contract for any anaerobic digestion installation, construction, maintenance or other project work. Any such work is subject to a separate written quotation and agreement entered into directly between Charlie Bell Building Ltd and the customer, on terms agreed at that time. Nothing on this Site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on this Site should be relied upon as a quotation, specification or commitment for any project.
Information on this Site
We've taken reasonable care to make sure the content of this Site is accurate at the time of publishing, including descriptions of our services, experience and the companies we work with. However, the Site is provided for general information only. Details of specific projects — plant sizing, capacity, timescales, cost or technical arrangements — will always vary by site and must be confirmed directly with us before you rely on them. We don't guarantee that the Site is complete, error-free or continuously available, and we may update or remove content at any time without notice.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious material, attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its underlying systems or any account, or interfering with its normal operation. We may restrict your access to the Site if you breach this.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Charlie Bell Building Ltd name and logo, and the text and layout of this Site, belong to Charlie Bell Building Ltd. Photography used on the Site is either our own project photography or used with permission of the relevant rights holder (a small number of images remain stock photography supplied by Biolectric NV, used where our own project photography does not yet cover a particular page). Third-party logos on this Site (including Biolectric, TT Pumps and other named suppliers) belong to their respective owners and are used to identify our working relationship with them, not to imply their endorsement of this Site. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, but may not otherwise copy, reproduce or republish any part of it without our permission.
Links to other websites
This Site links to third-party websites, such as those of Biolectric and our other suppliers, for your convenience. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or availability. Linking to a third-party site doesn't imply our endorsement of it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law. Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site, or from any reliance placed on its content — including indirect or consequential loss. This section does not affect your rights in relation to any separate contract for project work, which will be governed by the terms of that contract.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Site or to applicable law. The current version will always be available on this page, and the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you have any questions about these terms, contact us at charliebellbuilding@gmail.com.
