The Process
From Site Preparation to Commissioning
Understand the Farm
Site visit, requirements, available infrastructure, access, proposed plant arrangement.
Define What Is Needed
Plant requirements, pumps, mixers, pipework, power, concrete, tank requirements and associated equipment.
Agree the Scope
Work out what CBB will undertake, what the farmer wants to undertake, and what specialist contractors or suppliers will cover.
Prepare the Site
Groundworks, concrete, trenches, service routes and associated construction.
Install and Integrate
Pumps, mixers, pipework, cables, tanks, separators and other equipment brought together during installation.
Commission and Support
Final preparation, testing and commissioning support so the installation can move into operation, plus periodic support where applicable.

Biolectric NV, based in Temse, Belgium, designs and manufactures farm-scale anaerobic digestion plants. Charlie Bell Building works closely with Biolectric, carrying out preparatory groundworks, installation and commissioning support for their AD plants in the UK, and undertaking contracted periodic maintenance on operational installations.
